DESIGN INSTALL SMT PRODUCTION FACILITY!
After our succesful
move to spacious new premises on the Granby Industrial Estate in
Weymouth, we have now installed a shiny new surface mount technology
(SMT) production system.
This major investment
of equipment from world-renowned Swiss manufacturer Essemtec AG includes
a stencil printer and metered dispensing system for solder paste,
pick-and-place assembly including fine-pitch and a batch reflow oven.
Augmenting our
established thru-hole PCB population expertise, the new line enables us
to populate SMT and mixed technology cards in prototype and small to
medium batch quantities.
